On the afternoons of the 16th and 23rd of October, delegates from a variety of suppliers to GSCOP-designated retailers attended the second of the Group’s new modular GSCOP training courses. Drawn from fresh produce, branded producers in food and non-food and pharma, delegates experienced two highly interactive online classroom sessions that included quizzes, pairs breakouts and team exercises. The course covered key topics to develop delegates’ understanding of and confidence in the GCA and GSCOP.
